The effect of climate on cider apples - especially tannin
content and character - is under much discussion.
I can't speak to much personal knowledge, but would like to compare some famous
apple growing regions.
Note: Oxford is as close as I could get to the West Midlands of England.
I'd love to find comparable data for: Herefordshire, UK
Brittany, Normandy and Piccardy, France
and the apple growing regions of New York state.
