It takes great fruit to make a great product.

We focus on 'Uncommon' varieties.  Heirloom fruit no longer grown commercially.

They may be hard to harvest, store, transport.
They might be ugly, mushy or tough.
But they have flavors and aromas beyond grocery store fruit.

 We also experiment with cold-climate grapes.
